Fan Out’s Damascus Bread Knife is made with the highest quality ‘VG10’ stainless steel. The knife’s blade has a beautiful Damascus wave pattern while delivering outstanding cutting ability. The blade is rust resistant and the handle is made of PIW (Plastic Injected Wood), making the handles very strong and durable.
